We are excited to announce that our article, Why Gender and Age Specific Addiction Treatment Matters, is featured on the front page of the Recovery Connection website.
Recovery Connection’s mission is to become a hub for the addiction recovery industry. We aim to connect people in need of treatment with both the information and resources needed for them to find quality treatment that is right for them. We also aim to be a resource for treatment providers to not only share their story but to also become a part of our community. Together we can all work to increase the opportunity for people suffering from the disease of addiction to overcome their addiction and a live a life in recovery.

Mature Man Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery
A mature man may not open up in group therapy when he’s sitting in a group of single young adults who have not experienced life on their own. A man needs to feel safe before he will talk about deeply embedded emotions and the trauma that created them.
Our licensed professional staff provides addiction treatment for drug addiction, trauma, alcoholism, opioid painkillers addiction and chronic pain, sex and love addictions, mood disorders, anxiety disorder treatment, co-occurring disorders and more.
Using holistic treatment philosophy – we treat the whole man. At Arrowhead Lodge Recovery, some of the methodologies we use are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Training, Meditation, outdoor exercise experiential therapy, and nutritional counseling.
